Returns and Exchanges


Returns and exchanges may be accepted within a 15 day period since the time of purchase. Merchandise must be in the same conditions as the time of purchase, if used we will not accept them. Include a copy of your original invoice with the number and a day phone we can reach you at. Up Polo Mallets will not be held responsible for any merchandise that has no invoice number.
Custom made merchandise will not be accepted for returns or exchanges. Custom made merchandise is made to your specifications, therefore, it's not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges. Therefore any specifications regarding any custom made merchandise you can send us an email or give us a call.

UP Polo Mallets merchandise is priced to provide the best prices in the market. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. 
We accept credit cards and checks. 

 

Shipping


Shipping price will be placed after placing your order.
